Occupational Rehabilitation Program Includes: |

| Post-Surgical
Rehabilitation |
| We
provide treatment following orthopedic surgery to return you
to your regular activities as safely and quickly as possible. |

| Work-Specific
Rehabilitation |
| We
provide individualized rehabilitation programs to assist the
injured worker in a safe return to work as quickly as
possible. Programs vary from 3 to 5 days per week.
A case manager will work to coordinate your program and
communicate with your physician, employer, insurance company,
nurse case manager, or others as needed. |

| Injury
Prevention |
| We
develop job-specific injury prevention programs which can be
done at the job site, without interfering with production. |
|
| Ergonomic
Consultations |
| We
can visit your job site to evaluate any current risk factors
and make suggestions for changes. |
|
