Our Medical Rehabilitation Program Includes: Spine Rehabilitation Our therapists specialize in treating various spine-related problems, such as back pain, neck pain, and headache pain. Orthopedic Rehabilitation We provide individualized treatment for back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder pain, upper/lower extremity pain, myofascial pain, fibromyalgia, and musculoskeletal disorders. Treatment begins with a musculoskeletal and neurological exam to enable us to design an individual physical therapy program which will include one or more of the following: Exercise - conditioning, strengthening, stretching, and range of motion Education - regarding your diagnosis, anatomy, posture and body mechanics, ergonomic factors, rehabilitation and exercise, home management and pain management Manual Therapy - hands-on treatment Modality Treatment - ultrasound, electrical stimulation and traction Ergonomic Consultations - postural and body mechanics training, job site assessments and specific work recommendations © 2000, Dakota Rehabilitation Center.  All Rights Reserved.
