Wellness Services Program Includes:
Massage TherapyMassage Therapy is performed by a licensed massage therapist on a private-pay basis in 15 minute increments. Massages may be done in a massage chair or treatment table. Massages are by appointment only.
Aqua Massage
Our hydro-bed provides a relaxing, therapeutic massage with adjustable water pressure head to toe, or anywhere in between. No need to undress. $15 for 15 minute session, or time is set individually for you. Appointments or walk-ins available 7am – 6pm.
Personalized Training
An individual exercise program designed to meet your personal goals. Programs are developed to help you improve cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, strength, and endurance.
Independent Exercise Programs
Upon completion of treatment programs, many clients choose to continue to exercise at Dakota Rehabilitation Center. The program is very reasonably priced to encourage our patients to stay fit. The staff is available to answer questions, the equipments is familiar, and the atmosphere is great!.
